Délégation régionale du CNRS 2 Avenue Albert Einstein 69100 Villeurbanne
The regional Microbiome workshop's main objectives are • To gather regional actors working on the microbiology of interactions • To review advances of the field • To define the strategic positioning of regional research • To reinforce and nurture collaborations
Three main themes will be developed :
'Microbiota & development'
'Pathobiome & host responses'
'Microbiota, ecology & evolution'
We will have the pleasure of listening to scientists at the forefront of this research (Tobias Engl - Mainz (Germany), Estelle Grasset - Gothenburg (Sweden), Laure Ségurel - Paris) and local scientists on the three themes.
Participants are welcome to present their work as posters in English (we strongly encourage PhD students and postdocs!).
